Compliance Specialist (Field, Onsite)

This role serves as the onsite bridge between field operations and project management. This person will be responsible for capturing accurate, timely and actionable project information, ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies, and field project deliverables, inputting data into company systems for the retrieval, and delivery to project management.

Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt

Pay: Competitive, Hourly

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Support project management team to ensure field reporting is captured and delivered to client.

· Observe and verify work complies with project specific drawings, permits, etc.

· Document project progress through reporting, field notes, and electronic tracking systems.

· Conduct field observations to verify work progress aligns with work expectations.

· Prepare, deliver and maintain daily and weekly project compliance and progress reports.

· Assist project management with forecasting through measurable progress updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Knowledge of construction project data entry, field reporting processes

· Working knowledge of project management software, programs, processes, etc.

· Strong computer skills with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Excellent Communication skills both written and oral; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.

· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

· Works relatively unsupervised and still performs at a high level.

· Able to perform general clerical/administrative duties timely.

Education & Experience

· Some college or technical education preferred. A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

· Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction data entry, project management or similar proficiency.

Pre-Screen

· Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

· Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.

· Valid driver's license required.

Travel Requirements:

· Must be able to travel to and work at field locations.

· Work on project site, with field operations.

· Out-of-state and overnight travel required. May travel 150 miles per day.

Physical Requirements:

· RARE (less than 10%): kneeling, squatting, body twisting, crawling, climbing, gripping, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., depth perception, color vision, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, climbing stairs, balancing, lifting up to 50 lbs.

· OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): working/walking in the field to observe and document project progress.

· FREQUENT (up to 66%): standing, walking, sitting, stooping, seeing distant, climbing on/off trucks and equipment, reading, reaching, range of motion, hearing-speech range, lifting, carrying, lifting up to 10 lbs.

· CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): sense of touch, manual dexterity, speaking clearly, seeing.
