Position Title: CRM Designer โ Email & Front-End Specialist
Location: New York, NY (1 World Trade Center)

Pay Range: $40.00/hr. โ $50.00/hr. W2

Job Description
:TSR Consulting is seeking an experienced CRM Designer โ Email & Front-End Specialist to support a global media and publishing leader. This role is ideal for a creative professional with expertise in email design, HTML email development, CRM lifecycle marketing, and front-end production. The successful candidate will create engaging digital experiences across email, web, mobile, and paid marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency and technical excellence
.Responsibilities
- :Design and develop responsive HTML email campaigns optimized for major email clients
- .Build and maintain reusable email templates and CRM design systems
- .Create digital marketing assets including display banners, paid social creatives, animations, and multimedia content
- .Develop and troubleshoot HTML/CSS email templates with pixel-perfect accuracy
- .Perform quality assurance using Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar testing platforms
- .Collaborate with creative, marketing, analytics, and project management teams to optimize campaign performance
- .Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- .Stay current on CRM marketing trends, email best practices, AI-assisted design tools, and front-end technologies
- .Manage creative assets, code libraries, and production files for efficient collaboration
.Required Skills & Qualifications
- :4โ6 years of CRM, email marketing, digital design, or front-end production experience
- .Strong experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails
- .Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email client rendering best practices
- .Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar Email Service Providers (ESPs)
- .Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- .Experience designing display banners and digital marketing assets
- .Knowledge of Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar email testing platforms
- .Strong understanding of typography, UX/UI principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- .Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
.Preferred Skills
- :Basic JavaScript knowledge
- .Motion graphics and animation experience
- .Consumer marketing, publishing, media, retail, or eCommerce industry experience
- .Knowledge of ADA-compliant email and web design
- .Experience leveraging AI-assisted design and production workflows
.Additional Requirements
- :Strong online portfolio showcasing email campaigns, CRM assets, HTML email development, and digital marketing work
- .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- .Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment
- .Availability to work onsite four days per week in New York City
