  • Drive the implementation of item data for new products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Own and improve item master processes across business units to support scalability, quality, and operational performance.

Cross-Functional & Plant-Level Impact
  • Understand and interpret the interconnectivity of departments, operations, plants, and systems to represent a holistic "plant + cross-functional" viewpoint.
  • Act as a bridge between Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to ensure data integrity and process alignment.

Project & Change Leadership
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to solve complex data or process issues that impact multiple functions or value streams.
  • Apply change-management principles to ensure successful adoption of new systems, process enhancements, and data governance practices.
  • Challenge existing processes and provide new perspectives to drive continuous improvement and modernization.

Analytics & Decision Support
  • Provide high-quality planning and analytical support to enable effective operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets, system behavior, and process workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Systems & Tools
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in ARAS Innovator, PLM processes, and related data lifecycle management tools.
  • Utilize strong ERP expertise (e.g., item master, BOMs, routings, product structures) to support system configuration and optimization.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, product data management, ERP systems, PLM, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects without formal authority (informal leadership).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take a new perspective on existing challenges.
  • Experience working in or supporting manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.

Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ARAS Innovator, PLM workflows, change management, or engineering change processes.
  • ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, or similar.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle, item structures, bills of materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Formal leadership experience in some capacity within prior roles or stretch assignments.
