Don Marko Pizza & Pasta is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Davie, Florida. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, maintain high food quality, and help us continue growing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
  • Prepare authentic Italian dishes with consistent quality.
  • Organize and oversee daily kitchen operations.
  • Train, motivate, and support kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste.
  • Manage inventory and place food orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health and food safety regulations.
  • Work closely with management to improve menu items and kitchen efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef in an Italian restaurant.
