About Us

We are the newly established U.S. subsidiary of an Italian manufacturer specializing in high-quality industrial pumps. As part of our expansion into the North American market, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to help build our business and establish a strong sales network across the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our company at an early stage and play a key role in our future growth.


Position Summary

The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, expanding our distributor network, and driving sales growth throughout the U.S. market.

This position requires frequent travel (approximately 50%) and offers excellent career growth opportunities. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential will have the opportunity to build and lead the future U.S. sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the U.S. market.
  • Identify and develop new customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, engineering companies, and end users.
  • Expand the company's distributor and partner network.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial needs.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the Italian headquarters on sales projects and business development.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial pumps, valves, fluid handling equipment, or related industrial products.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with distributors and industrial customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
