YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As a Su Misura Manager based in McLean, VA, at our Tyson's Boutique, you will bring your unique strengths to the store team, supporting the continued development of Su Misura services and delivering an elevated and personalized experience to ZEGNA guests. The role reports to the Boutique General Manager and works closely with, and functionally reports to, the Regional Su Misura Manager.
HOW YOU WILL BRING IT TO LIFE:
Product
- Take precise measurements and assess garment fit, identifying necessary adjustments to ensure each piece meets the guest's expectations and ZEGNA's standards of excellence.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products to inspire trust and provide expert styling guidance.
- Conduct fitting sessions, evaluating garment fit on the guest and defining required alterations to achieve the desired final result.
- Accurately input Su Misura orders into the system, ensuring all specifications are correctly captured to initiate production and guarantee alignment with guest requirements.
- Monitor Su Misura orders throughout the production process, ensuring timelines are met and coordinating with relevant teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Partner with Su Misura team to manage delivery or customs matters related to product imports.
- Collect and consolidate feedback related to product accuracy, measurements, and manufacturing issues.
- Recommend solutions and expedite processes to meet guest needs.
Guest Relationships and Customer Service
- Oversee the Su Misura guest experience, ensuring every step, from initial approach to final delivery, reflects ZEGNA's highest service standards.
- Support Style Advisors in translating guest needs into tailored solutions.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on the sales floor, embodying ZEGNA's values and elevating the boutique environment through behavior, styling, and presentation.
- Assist in managing guest concerns by providing technical expertise and escalating when appropriate.
- Gather feedback on products and services from guests and share insights with the Su Misura management team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with guests, ensuring a high level of engagement and repeat business.
Business Development
- Drive the development of the Su Misura business within the assigned boutique.
- Support the organization and execution of Su Misura, VIP events, and Trunk Shows.
- Lead seasonal preparation activities, including shipment of albums and bunches, and support the development of price lists and Seasonal Selling Instructions.
People
- Ensure all staff are confident in communicating and offering Su Misura services to guests.
- Maintain regular communication with store management and Style Advisors to gather feedback and support problem-solving.
- Organize and deliver in-store Su Misura training, including collection structure, measurement techniques, and order processing.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3-5 years of experience in providing Su Misura or made-to-measure services.
- Certification from the Su Misura Global Academy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing Su Misura-related events.
- Strong track record of delivering a luxury guest experience.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of ZEGNA products and collections.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.
