Job Description

Manage proactively and effectively the customer contacts received via whatsapp, email, chat and social

Provide information on products, service, orders, deliveries and payments

Resolve first-level problems (shipments, order changes, refunds) with promptness

Collect and classify customer feedback

Respond to customer reviews

Update the FAQ and contribute to the creation of self-service guides and content

Collaborate with the supply chain to manage logistic exceptions (missed deliveries, damaged packages)

Identify recurring patterns and propose improvements to processes and product

Maintain service KPIs (CSAT and contact handling time)

Requirements

4+ years of experience in customer service (preference for e-commerce/D2C)

Empathy, patience and ability to communicate in a clear and positive way

Excellent written and spoken Italian; good English

Knowledge and ability to use help desk tools (e.g. Intercom)

Organization and priority management in a dynamic environment
