We are seeking an IT System Administrator to coordinate day-to-day help desk operations while providing advanced technical support for end users. In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues, helping ensure timely resolution of support requests and a high level of customer service. You will also assist with improving support processes, assigning and escalating requests, mentoring team members, and maintaining a reliable and efficient IT support environment. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Required BS or BA degree
  • 8 years of IT support experience
  • Experience coordinating help desk operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and networking fundamentals
