Job description

Benefits:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Employee discounts
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Training & development

Can you sell? At Ali Guler Furniture, our handcrafted luxury pieces run $6,000–$10,000+, so every sale is real money. We're hiring a part-time Sales Consultant for our Houston showroom — solid base pay plus uncapped commission, on flexible hours. The more you sell, the more you make.
You'll sell in the showroom, by phone, and on FaceTime/video, build a client base, and follow up to close.
What you'll do:
  • Sell luxury handcrafted furniture in the showroom, by phone, and on FaceTime/video
  • Build lasting client relationships and follow up to close
  • Keep the showroom polished and merchandised — and during quieter periods, pitch in with light office and administrative tasks and other business needs
  • Use our CRM/order system for client notes and orders
What we're looking for:
  • A polished, professional, well-groomed appearance — you are the face of a luxury brand
  • You genuinely know how to close, and you love it
  • Just as strong on the phone and video as in person
  • Computer-literate, comfortable with email and a CRM/order system
  • A team player who's happy to help wherever the business needs it
  • Weekend availability
  • Retail, design, or hospitality experience a plus; bilingual a plus
