There are two ways you can be converted:

  1. Hiring Manager has approved headcount and a position that they wish to directly convert you to your next assignment ( no surveys required and would be initiated by Hiring Manager to NA Talent Acquisition Early Careers Team)

Functional Talent Scouts (function or engineering subfunction), who are CC03 or higher employees, and have many years of experience, are selected by the business to make hiring decisions for managers.
