Job description

IT Tech Support

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess the condition of devices and perform basic repairs.
  • Perform basic data entry to assist with managing inventory.
  • Report to IT Director regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress
  • Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals
  • Perform other duties as assigned to assist with meeting the department's goals and responsibilities.
