Job description

Job Title- IT Tech Specialist
Location- Los Angeles, CA 90020
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Working time: 9 am to 5 pm PST
Summary
Onsite Bilingual IT technician to support both our office staff and retail store team. You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage IT equipment, and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, SAP, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Support office and retail staff with day-to-day IT issues
โ€ข Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and POS terminals
โ€ข Set up and configure new equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, registers, etc.)
โ€ข Install and maintain software, OS updates, and security patches
โ€ข Handle SAP user issues (e.g., access, printing, basic errors)
โ€ข Troubleshoot POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, and payment terminals
โ€ข Ensure network connectivity (wired and wireless) is stable and functional
โ€ข Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
โ€ข Support new hire onboarding and terminations (hardware, accounts, access)
โ€ข Manage tickets through the helpdesk system and escalate when needed
โ€ข Work with vendors for equipment repair or service coordination
Requirements
โ€ข Bilingual Korean/English
โ€ข 2+ years in IT support, preferably in mixed office/retail environments
โ€ข BS or BA degree in computer science, or a related field is desired.
โ€ข Hands-on experience with SAP and POS troubleshooting (Not a requirement)
โ€ข Proficient with Windows OS, MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
โ€ข Familiar with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems
โ€ข Able to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
โ€ข Strong customer service and communication skills
โ€ข Ability to troubleshoot problems, eliminate variables, and get to root cause of issues.
โ€ข Available for onsite work at both office and retail location
โ€ข CompTIA A+, Network+, or other certifications are a plus
