Job Summary
The Enterprise IT Systems Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for enterprise-level applications and IT systems. This role supports large-scale implementations, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives by ensuring end users are effectively trained and prepared to adopt new technologies. The trainer works closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical staff to facilitate successful system adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for enterprise IT systems and applications
  • Create training materials including user guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and training documentation
  • Support enterprise-wide system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements across departments
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and hands-on system training sessions
  • Provide post-go-live support and refresher training
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand system functionality
  • Customize training content based on user roles and business functions
  • Track training completion and measure effectiveness through assessments and feedback

Required Qualifications
