IT Support Specialist/Help Desk

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time | Call Center Environment

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk / IT Support Specialist to support a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, setting up systems, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for call center staff and operations
  • Maintain and support CRM systems and user access
  • Manage Google Workspace (user setup, permissions, troubleshooting)
  • Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment + system access)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of IT Help Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and repair
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (required)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with GoHighLevel or Convo
  • Previous IT support experience in a call center environment
