IT Site Support Technician

El Reno Manufacturing - El Reno, OK

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team at a dynamic manufacturing facility. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and values face-to-face collaboration with end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end-users across the manufacturing site
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with workload overflow from centralized IT support staff
  • Set up and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices) and software systems
  • Deliver employee training on IT tools, systems, and security best practices
  • Support network connectivity, device configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology operations
  • Travel occasionally to other company sites for support and training needs
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
  • Experience supporting hardware, peripherals, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
