Position Overview

Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide a blend of Help Desk support and Systems Administration. The role supports end users while helping maintain core IT infrastructure and business technology systems.

Role Breakdown

• 50% Help Desk / End User Support

• 50% Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk and desktop support

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Administer Microsoft 365 environment

• Support network administration and infrastructure
