IT Service Center
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Service Center professional. This role is responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support in a remote help desk environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and resolving basic technical issues while delivering excellent customer service through phone and chat support.
Work Environment
This is a remote position and equipment will be provided. A dedicated, semi-private work area free from distractions is required. The standard shift is Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM PT.
Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Tier 1 helpdesk role.
• Previous experience with phone support in a call center or help desk environment.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with chat support is a plus
