Compensation: $28-$33/hr 

Location: Nashville, TN

Position: IT Project  Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team!

This is a client-facing role responsible for leading end-to-end technology projects for a growing Managed Services Provider. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal technical resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex projects, working directly with clients, and helping technical teams execute successfully in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects including migrations, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate engineers, support teams, and stakeholders
  • Track timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and status reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of project management, coordination, or related IT experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • MSP experience
  • ConnectWise, Autotask, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
