Job Summary:

You'll lead projects that modernize our tech stack, improve user experience, and power the clean energy mission we're building for the future. Whether you're coordinating cloud migrations, supporting new implementations, or guiding teams through complex integrations, you'll make sure every project delivers real results and lasting impact.
What You'll Do:
You'll plan, lead, and deliver IT projects that enhance Centrus's business systems and cloud services. Partnering closely with end users, technical experts, and third-party providers, you'll manage timelines, resources, and risks to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals. You'll coordinate with technical teams to monitor application performance, ensure issues are appropriately routed and resolved, maintain clear project documentation, and support successful user adoption of new systems. Along the way, you'll champion best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions that keep Centrus's IT environment secure and future-ready.
What You Will Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or enterprise-level applications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • IT best practices, project management methodologies, and policies
    • The Software Development Life Cycle
    • COTS package: requirements, design, development, testing, implementation
  • A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate others, and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Cloud applications or familiarity with the platform.
  • Experience supporting or implementing third-party applications/SaaS or web services.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
