Location: Ouachita Parish - West Monroe, Monroe

We are looking for a skilled IT Manger who will assist in maintaining our information technology systems and networks as well as assisting users, primarily in the Ouachita Parish (West Monroe, LA and Monroe, LA) market. The IT Manager will perform both technical and system administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in software, hardware, and networks. They must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of total experience in an IT-related position (at least 2 years of which were IT Helpdesk)
  • At least an Associate's Degree in an accredited IT-related field of study
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Ability to identify a problem and quickly present a solution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT Certifications are a plus, but are not required
