Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Technical Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot desktops/laptops: Diagnose software, hardware, and configuration issues for staff and occasionally members.
  • Resolve login & authentication issues: Fix password resets, lockouts, and user access errors.
  • Assist with Microsoft Outlook: Configure mailboxes, shared inboxes, distribution lists, rules, categories, and message traces.
  • Support mobile devices: Setup, fix profiles, email, settings, and managed accounts.
  • Configure and fix printers & scanners: Support all printing devices, and network printing setups.

Email & Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Manage shared mailboxes: Adjust permissions, folder rules, and automated sorting by year.
  • Administer distribution lists: Add/remove members, troubleshoot message flow, confirm ownership and membership roles.
  • Run message traces: Identify delivery issues, blocked messages, and mail routing problems.
  • Assist with Exchange policies: Determine mailbox visibility and access limitations.

Apple Device Management
  • Enroll devices in Apple Business Manager: Add iPads in Device Management.
  • Remove devices from ABM/MDM: Perform proper unassignment and deactivation for resale or repurposing.
  • Restore devices using Configurator: Put devices in recovery or DFU mode, reinstall iOS, and re-enroll.
  • Troubleshoot supervised-mode issues: Fix "cannot unassign," activation lock, and managed Apple ID login errors.
  • Prepare used iPads for sale: Document condition, wipe properly, and ensure they are released from management.

Network Administration & Infrastructure Support
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, access points, and cabling.
  • Verify network hardware compatibility (missing network drive/adapters on PCs).
  • Configure Starlink routers and mesh nodes for extended wireless coverage.
  • Support server access, shared drives (G: and J:), and backend system connections.
  • Assist with remote access.

Software Systems, Cloud Platforms, Form Development
  • Assist departments with form creation (Jotform) and workflow automation.
  • Jotform Form Creation: Scholarship applications, manager review forms, and internal templates. Currently working on Family Unaccompanied Guest Letter Form for online submission and automated email receipts with digital guest passes.
  • Jonas Club Management troubleshooting: Resolve login, connection, or PC configuration issues, user permission configuration.
  • Install and configure business software's: Ensure compatibility, user permissions, and required libraries.
  • Fix application errors: DLL issues, missing components, permission blocks, and update failures.

IT Security & Data Protection
  • Apply cybersecurity best practices for passwords, access control, user privileges, and secure data handling.
  • Maintain compliance, secure file sharing, and safe device decommissioning protocols.

Systems Administration & Application Management
  • Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business-critical software, including Jonas Club Management.
  • Assist with configuration of Outlook categories, rules, and folder automations for shared mailboxes.

Documentation & Policy Development
  • Write professional internal documentation such as:
  • Guest policies, procedures, regulations
  • Instructions for equipment usage and device management
  • Develop user-friendly guides for staff training on technology systems.
  • Maintain records of technical procedures and asset inventory.
  • Track devices: Serial numbers, condition, assigned users, and warranty status.
  • Prepare equipment for replacement or resale: Wipe data, remove MDM, document physical condition.
