Job Description

Seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Business Analyst to support product delivery, Agile execution, project planning, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise technology initiatives. This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of programs and releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in converting product roadmaps and epics into prioritized backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

  • Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependency plans, and release timelines

  • Perform business analysis activities including requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and process mapping

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, architecture, security, operations, and suppliers to remove blockers and ensure alignment

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

  • Support supplier and vendor coordination, procurement activities, deliverable tracking, and compliance management

  • Oversee release management activities including deployment planning, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications

  • Maintain program documentation including RAID logs, status reports, communication plans, and decision logs

  • Support governance, quality assurance, and compliance activities

  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies

  • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile facilitation

  • Project management experience including scope, schedule, resource planning, milestone tracking, and change management

  • Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation skills

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools
