Job Summary: This role is part of the IT: Solutions department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and is responsible for technical projects and programs of varying scope, complexity, and specialty. This role will focus on projects related to Salesforce including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce order Management, Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Description of Duties:

  • Facilitates participation in mid-to-large technical projects from initial ideation and planning, through final delivery.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques involved in requirements gathering, building and implementing test plans, and performing quality reviews, at all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for identifying and managing project dependencies, develops recommendations for resolving identified issues, and implements process improvements.
  • Works with managers to select and evaluate personnel for/on the project to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the project but does not directly manage resources.
  • Works with managers or stakeholders to define strategies, project scope, and goals ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Works with project team(s) to plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones for moderately complex projects.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and liaises with key internal stakeholders to ensure all security and technical information and activities are accurate and within policy; provides status updates and ongoing reports throughout the program or project lifecycle.
  • Establishes and manages project estimates, budgets and schedules, and reviews estimates from vendors, ensuring accuracy and cost effectiveness.
  • Develops and maintains successful customer relationships within all organizational levels of Nintendo and ensures seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Manages ongoing relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and services meet Nintendo standards.
  • Ensuring that team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.
  • Should be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Commerce Cloud/ Salesforce Order Management (OMS), Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

Summary of Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of project management experience required.
  • Experience utilizing Project Management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2+ years delivering projects on Salesforce Platforms (Commerce Cloud, Order Management, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Awareness and practical exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools and an Agentic Delivery mindset.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range: $120,900—$217,650 USD
