We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager to drive large-scale, enterprise-wide application initiatives across our HR, Payroll, and Finance IT domains. In this role, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the complete project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of mission-critical systems.

responsibilities:

Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation for IT initiatives.


Drive project milestones, maintain project plans, and ensure accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality.


Establish and execute an effective communication plan with project teams and key enterprise stakeholders.


Provide day-to-day direction, task prioritization, and leadership to project resources across multiple active projects.


Facilitate robust change management processes across affected business units throughout the project lifecycle.


Prepare comprehensive project documentation, budget reports, and recurring status updates.


qualifications:

Active PMP Certification.


Strong background leading large-scale enterprise ERP, HR, or Payroll IT project implementations.


High proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.


Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
