Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager leads definedscope projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to sponsor expectations while balancing schedule, budget, and resources. This role partners with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive clarity, manage risks, and deliver consistent outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution

  • Lead day-to-day project planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Manage change control, risk tracking, and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate project updates clearly to sponsors and team members.
  • Facilitate working sessions, standups, and cross team coordination.

Delivery Discipline

  • Ensure adherence to PMO templates, methodologies, and governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project reporting.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of project management or related delivery experience within a complex IT environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Must be able to detail hands on experience with the creation and management of large-scale projects spanning multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Having both agile and waterfallmethodologyexperience is a plus
  • Experience with M&A Projects a plus
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
  • A project leader who is comfortable within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
