We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a global brand acquisition integration initiative. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, scope, documentation, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple business and technology functions.
  • Preferred Location: New York City (Hudson Yards)
  • Also Open To: Candidates able to commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ or Clark, NJ
  • Duration: 4-month contract in 2026 with strong potential for extension into 2027
  • Pay Rate Range - $45-50/HR ON W2 (NO C2C)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for a large-scale brand integration
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, and eCommerce
  • Drive project governance and support Global, Zone, and Local leadership approval processes
  • Track risks, dependencies, budget, and project status
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and project updates
  • Ensure alignment between technical and business workstreams
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise systems implementation projects as an IT Project Manager
  • Strong experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly proficient in ServiceNow, including timeline management, demand management, and ticket creation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or large transformation programs
  • Background in retail, consumer products, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
