BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Project Manager to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and deliver SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and related SAP S/4HANA projects. This role manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality; coordinates cross-functional teams; and ensures adherence to Commonwealth policies, SAP best practices, and compliance standards. The PM oversees configuration, integration, testing, and deployment for BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and connected systems (CRM, payment gateways, mediation).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Execution
    • Develop project plans, milestones, and resource allocations for BRIM/S/4HANA workstreams.
    • Manage day-to-day activities, remove impediments, and drive delivery to commitments.

  • Stakeholder & Communications
    • Facilitate requirement workshops; align scope and acceptance criteria with business owners.
    • Provide clear status, risk, and issue communications to sponsors and steering groups.

  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to Commonwealth standards, SAP best practices, and change management procedures.
    • Maintain audit ready documentation and support PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2 compliance.

  • Configuration, Integration & Testing
    • Coordinate configuration of BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and integrations via SAP BTP/CPI.
    • Oversee SIT/UAT planning, test execution, defect triage, and release readiness.

  • Data Migration & Cutover
    • Support migration strategy, delta load planning, reconciliation, and cutover rehearsals.
    • Minimize downtime and validate data integrity during transitions.

  • Tools & Reporting
    • Track epics, features, and tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA; manage RAID logs.
    • Monitor SLAs and ensure performance targets are met.

  • Training & Support Readiness
    • Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and post go live support handoff to operations (ServiceNow).

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years with SAP implementations.
  • Demonstrated delivery of SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) and S/4HANA projects in enterprise settings.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Understanding of PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and secure payment integration (tokenization, encryption).
  • Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and business readiness activities

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP BRIM or S/4HANA certifications highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP (API Management, Event Mesh) and SAP CPI for integrations.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for backlog and status tracking.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
