Scored criteria:

1. Experience as a Project Manager, including experience in an implementation or upgrade effort for an enterprise administrative system in a large entity. Experience working with Sales Force software . (10%)

2. Extensive experience managing the Project Management Life Cycle: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes. (10%)

3. Experience reporting to agency management and project steering committee(s) on implementation effort and progress reporting. (5%)

4. Fundamental functional knowledge of the Grants Management function in government. (5%)

5. Fundamental knowledge of technical architecture supporting enterprise systems. (5%)
