ITIL Experience is required

Requirements gathering for business requirements & provide estimates


Roles & Responsibilities :


Project Monitoring / Metrics Reporting/ Dash board creation.

Exposure on offshore - onsite Coordination

Experience in preparing cost & revenue budgets, such as burn down charts

Strong experience on Issue resolution & Risk mitigation

Experience in handling the customer projects liaisons
