Job Summary:
Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the RAVE Emergency Alert and Panic Button platforms implementation for the Wyoming Department of Homeland Security. This role involves overseeing all project phases, engaging with stakeholders, and coordinating with vendors to enhance public safety across the state.
Responsibilities:
• oversee all phases of the project, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination
• work closely with state agencies, local jurisdictions, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of this essential public safety solution
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12 years of IT Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Agile, PMBOK, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience in PMO governance and reporting
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in risk and issue management
• Executive-level communication skills
• Experience with complex system integration
• US Citizenship
Preferred:
