Join us in a pivotal role as you support our factory expansion in North America! As an IT Business Partner, you will act as a vital IT liaison within the Grid Technologies Digital Services organization. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders at the expanding facility and IT development teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic objectives. Imagine leading strategic business analysis to capture new process requirements, designing IT solutions, and managing projects to oversee implementation. Your focus on continuous process optimization will ensure long-term efficiency, translating complex business needs into functional IT systems that support our factory's growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • You will act as the primary liaison between factory business units and IT development teams, identifying and analyzing business needs related to the expansion.
  • Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes and defining project scope and objectives for new IT solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams while analyzing existing systems for improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines and objectives from solution design to deployment, while collaborating with technical teams for feasibility and scalability.
  • Drive AI adoption by identifying value-adding use cases and fostering a digital mindset within teams, while overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by researching new technologies, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress and risks.

What You Bring
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business systems analysis, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level and vice versa.
  • Understanding of SAP processes, modules, demands, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in business process improvement.
  • You are well-versed in the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology, with a strong competence in driving AI awareness and identifying use cases.
  • If not already located in the Richland, MS area, the selected candidate would be needed to relocate (relocation assistance may be provided).
