The candidate will be embedded at our Ogden, Utah site (Petersen), working shoulder to shoulder with leaders across departments to drive outcomes that truly move the needle. If you are passionate about turning complexity into clarity, aligning IT with business goals, and leading high‑performance teams to delivery — you belong here.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast‑evolving, enterprise IT environment
  • A mission‑driven, values‑based company culture (Teamwork, Trust, Gratitude, Action, Growth, Excellence)
What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Mission‑Critical Projects Across the Enterprise:
  • Define project goals, milestones, and success metrics with business and technical stakeholders
  • Build and lead cross‑functional project teams — from developers to business analysts
  • Create and execute detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resources
  • Manage risks, remove blockers, and communicate proactively at every level
  • Deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget
  • Guide projects through all phases: discovery, planning, execution, and close‑out
  • Own IT project delivery in M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless systems integration, data migration, and user onboarding
Operate as a Trusted Advisor & Strategic Leader:
  • Translate complex technical needs into actionable, business‑aligned plans
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to prioritize and sequence IT efforts
  • Ensure compliance with frameworks like CMMC, especially in regulated environments
  • Champion the adoption and configuration of Microsoft 365 GCC High across the organization to meet federal compliance and security requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A proven track record delivering multiple, complex IT projects across enterprise environments
  • Strong command of project management frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Leadership skills: you inspire, delegate, resolve conflict, and keep momentum high
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — from boardrooms to breakrooms
  • Fluency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
  • Vendor management experience, including third‑party software and service providers
  • A keen eye for risk, opportunity, and optimization
  • Experience managing projects within high‑stakes environments like M&A or infrastructure modernization
Preferred Experience:
  • 10+ years in IT project management, with increasing leadership responsibility
  • Experience leading teams through M&A tech integration or separation
  • Solid background in infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, or ERP/CRM projects
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft 365 GCC High or other high‑security government cloud environments
  • Ability to engage senior leadership and turn strategic needs into tactical plans
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • PMP® certification is strongly preferred
  • PMI-ACP®, CSM®, or other Agile credentials are a major plus
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (or relevant GCC High experience)
  • Bonus points for Six Sigma, SAFe Agile, or Lean certifications
  • Office‑based position with occasional travel
  • Collaborative, supportive, and agile work environment
  • You’ll work with modern tools and forward‑thinking teammates
