The IT Project Manager will provide oversight, drive resources, and steer the delivery of assigned IT projects. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative and in-office environment, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution. **What You Will Do*** Plan, deliver, manage, and close IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with budget and schedule constraints.* Develop project plans, encompassing resources, timelines, milestones, and budgets, and share them with project stakeholders.* Manage project scope by identifying and addressing changes during the project lifecycle through proper change management.* Coordinate with resources to ensure the timely completion of all project tasks.* Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans when necessary.* Monitor and track project progress, prepare project status reports, and facilitate status meetings for managers and stakeholders.* Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, and addressing any concerns or issues.* Confidently lead with strong communication skills, inspiring participants across all levels and fostering collaboration towards a shared objective.* Evaluate project performance, recommend improvements for future projects, and ensure lessons learned are documented and shared with the team.* Maintain and update all project documentation as required, in compliance with company policies and industry best practices.* Collaborators closely with senior members of the team to analyze project data and assists with make informed decisions regarding project direction and execution.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in business, information science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).* PMP certification required within the first two years of joining the company.* Minimum of 1+ years of relevant project management experience.* Knowledgeable in basic project management principles and practices (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)* Fundamental knowledge and basic understanding of IT functions and data center operations, including: + networking architecture – IPv4 and OSI model, firewalls, routing and switching, unified communications + systems/storage architecture – on-premise or cloud VMs, physical servers, storage systems* Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Self-starter, analytical thinker, and problem solver, with a continuous improvement mindset* Strong people and leadership skills able to drive/motivate cross-functional technical teams to accomplish tasks amidst various challenges and tight timelines.* Enthusiastic and accountable, coupled with a commitment to quality in all project work.* Self-motivated professional able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, while working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be around $52,500 to $77,000. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
