Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead complex technology initiatives and ensure IT delivery remains aligned with business needs. This role requires strong experience in program delivery, Agile project management, Scrum Master responsibilities, release coordination, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment and will be comfortable working with ambiguity, driving decisions, and communicating effectively with technical teams, product teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects and deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Manage projects from concept through implementation.
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile delivery activities.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex projects into prioritized plans.
- Track project status, progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Provide clear visibility to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and project risks.
- Develop and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate releases across multiple teams and environments.
- Support operational readiness and successful project implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
- Experience in a hybrid role involving:
- Program / Delivery Management
- Scrum Master responsibilities
- Release Management
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to fit project and business needs.
- Strong dependency management and stakeholder influence skills.
- Executive-ready communication and reporting skills.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and operational readiness.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
