Job description

Project Coordinator will assist project managers on a part-time basis in the planning, scheduling and tracking of various IT projects. Targeting candidates with 1-3 years of experience working in project administration or coordination.


This is a hybrid position and the candidate must be able to work in person 1-2 days per work. Hours are flexible are estimated between 20-25 hours per week.


  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to capture discussion points, action items, and decisions.
  • Manage entries into various ticketing systems as well as track renewals and terminations.
  • Run regular project reports and compile information for review by project managers.
  • Provide budget management support through tracking quotes, invoices
  • Assist with both written and verbal project communication across stakeholder groups.

Assist with other deliverables as needed to support success of the Project Management Office
