Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Cloud Project Manager with PMP Certification to lead enterprise Guidewire Cloud implementation and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale insurance technology initiatives, delivering projects on time, within budget, and ensuring successful stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP Certification (Mandatory)
  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Guidewire Cloud implementation or migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades, deployment, and release management.
  • Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
