TrxNow® (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC) is one of North America’s fastest-growing roadside assistance and dispatch technology companies, and we are looking for an IT Systems Analyst/ Project Manager to help support our business operations.

This IT role is responsible for leading technology projects while partnering with business leaders to improve processes and implement effective system solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business operations and IT by managing projects, gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system implementations that improve efficiency and drive organizational success.

This manager position works closely with company leadership, department managers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple IT and business process improvement projects from planning through implementation.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business needs, project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical resources throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to leadership.

  • Support software implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

  • Develop project documentation, process workflows, reports, and executive presentations.

  • Analyze system and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Support Salesforce CRM enhancements, reporting, and system optimization.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
