Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee data engineering efforts and support the Intelligence Community customer. This role is part of an existing team responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and other programmatic data for data collection platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for a program for all technical, cost and schedule performance matters and issues
  • Experience meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
  • Experience taking proactive measures to mitigate gaps in service due to the attrition or fluctuation of program personnel
  • Experience overseeing daily operations, managing, assigning, providing oversight and reviewing work of program personnel
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring program reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to effectively and successfully manage the program are created, maintained and are accurate
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and coordinating to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery as defined by customer requirements
  • Experience ensuring tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the customer is clear and unambiguous
  • Experience staying abreast customer directives, regulations and policies; advances in technology
  • Certifications such as PMI: Program Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
