Title: IT Project Manager Lead    
Company: Peoples Gas System
State and City: Florida   -  Tampa
Shift: 8 Hr. X 5 Days

Peoples Gas System, Inc., IT Project Manager Lead, Tampa, FL. Support project teams of information technology professionals in defining and sequencing activities, estimating tasks, and building the overall plan to achieve project objectives. Communicate project information and status to all stakeholders and escalate appropriately. Consult directly with resource managers to validate resource availability and allocations. Develop plans and facilitate the execution of the project schedule, continually monitoring progress, identifying and managing risks, and driving issue resolution. Ensure accuracy of project charges and time reporting, report variances, and provide financial forecasts. Apply knowledge of US DOT Pipeline, DOT PHMSA, Florida Public Service Commission regulatory requirements, and best practices in managing projects and demonstrate accountability for project success.

SALARY: $133,370 to 137,800 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Program Management Office (PMO), and project portfolio analysis; Program Management Office’s concept, practices, and procedures; Project management tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and the Roadmunk road mapping tool; AuditBoard Optro, and Work and Asset Management tool including SAP ERM software; and Applying US Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Material Administration (PHMSA) and Florida Public Service Commission regulatory requirements into work processes and compliance data strategies associated with electronic systems.

Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day a week, depending on business need.
