JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview
The Program Coordinator helps keep the Business Transformation program organized and running smoothly. This role supports project teams by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, maintaining documents, preparing communications, and helping teams stay on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and materials.
  • Take meeting notes and track action items.
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation.
  • Follow up with team members on deadlines and assigned work.
  • Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and team communications.
  • Organize SharePoint sites, files, and project records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and team events.
  • Manage stakeholder contact lists and communication distribution lists.
  • Assist project leaders with calendars, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate system access and training assignments for team members.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, office support, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools preferred.
