About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically versatile IT Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance the organization's technology infrastructure, systems administration, integrations, compliance reporting, and emerging AI initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations while supporting strategic projects that improve business processes and user experience.


The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure technology systems remain secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Administration & IT Operations

·      Administer and maintain enterprise technology systems, including servers, cloud platforms, user accounts, devices, networks, and business applications.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing exceptional end-user support.

·      Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers as needed.

·      Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and system inventories.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between business-critical systems and applications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and process optimization.
  • Support data synchronization, reporting, and system interoperability across platforms.

Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies

  • Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools and technologies that enhance productivity and business operations.
  • Partner with business teams to identify practical AI applications and automation opportunities.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Compliance, Security & Reporting

  • Support IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor adherence to internal security policies and industry compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory reporting.
  • Generate operational, security, and compliance reports for management and external stakeholders.

Project Management & Special Projects

  • Lead or support technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives involving technology transformation, infrastructure improvements, and operational enhancements.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations for new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
  • Experience supporting software integrations, automation tools, and business applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, family office, professional services, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and audit requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Orion a plus.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, automation platforms, and AI governance frameworks.
