Job description

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Networking Project/Program Manager to expand our Network Infrastructure team. The team works with varied internal customers to deploy low-latency content delivery services like Caching, DNS, Prime Video streaming, Internet, Peering, and Backbone connectivity.

This role involves many Project Management core competencies in conjunction with technical/networking knowledge. Candidates don’t need to be experts in all areas; coaching and mentorship will be provided.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer requirements and forecast future service growth.

• Develop requirements and partner with engineering to design network solutions.

• Build and manage programs covering physical infrastructure, networking hardware, and connectivity.

• Coordinate Internet, Peering, and Backbone connectivity deployments.

• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and internal customers.

• Communicate program status and drive issues to resolution.


Must-Have Skills

• Project/Program Management knowledge.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Data Center knowledge.

• DWDM / Backbone knowledge.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60 - $70 Hourly on W2.
