Job description

Lead Digital Transformation in Aerospace Manufacturing

IT Project Manager / Lead Oracle Application Developer

At Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), we don't just manufacture precision aerospace components—we build the technology that powers the future of flight.

As a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, CPP combines advanced engineering, world-class manufacturing, and innovative technology to deliver mission-critical components for the world's leading aerospace companies. As we continue our digital transformation journey, we're looking for a dynamic technology leader to help shape the next generation of manufacturing systems.

If you're passionate about leading enterprise projects, building Oracle solutions, driving ERP innovation, and partnering with business leaders to solve complex challenges, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is far more than a traditional IT Project Manager role.  You'll serve as both a strategic technology leader and hands-on application expert—guiding enterprise initiatives while helping build the solutions that keep our global operations running efficiently.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that improve operational performance
  • Drive high-visibility ERP projects from strategy through implementation
  • Design and develop Oracle applications that support critical manufacturing operations
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence technology strategy and business decisions
  • Work across global manufacturing locations to deliver innovative solutions
  • See the direct impact of your work on production, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer success

If you enjoy balancing strategic leadership with technical problem-solving, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
  • Lead High-Impact Technology Projects
  • You'll oversee multiple enterprise initiatives from planning through successful deployment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Developing project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Communicating project status, milestones, and executive updates to leadership
  • Leading change management, user adoption, and training initiatives
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, and technology partners
  • Develop Innovative Oracle Solutions
  • You'll play a hands-on role designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise applications that support manufacturing operations around the globe.

You'll:

  • Design and develop Oracle APEX applications
  • Build and optimize PL/SQL solutions
  • Enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality
  • Support Oracle Cloud initiatives and integrations
  • Improve reporting, automation, and business intelligence capabilities
  • Drive ERP upgrades, enhancements, and global system rollouts

You'll collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to understand business needs, streamline processes, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.

You'll also help establish best practices in project management, application development, governance, and technology delivery.

What You Bring
Project Leadership

You have a successful history of leading complex enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities.

Oracle Development Expertise

You're comfortable developing and supporting Oracle solutions, including:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Oracle Cloud technologies
  • Oracle APEX
  • PL/SQL
  • Oracle Databases
  • Oracle reporting and integration tools

Business & Technical Leadership

You excel at translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions while effectively communicating with both executive leadership and technical teams.

Manufacturing Experience

Experience supporting manufacturing environments is highly valued, including knowledge of:

  • Production Planning
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Inventory Control
  • Procurement
  • Cost Accounting
  • Quality Systems
  • Shop Floor Operations

Why Join CPP?

At CPP, your work won't sit on the sidelines.

You'll help modernize the systems that power a global manufacturing organization while working alongside talented professionals committed to innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to influence technology strategy, deliver meaningful business results, and grow your career with an industry leader.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Career growth and advancement opportunities
  • A collaborative, innovation-focused culture
  • Employee engagement programs that invest in your success
