We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our cloud migration, transformation, and data center consolidation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on cloud technologies and data center operations. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
  • Oversee data center consolidation and migration initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure seamless transitions. 
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to align project goals with organizational objectives. 
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations and data center consolidations. 
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidations. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 
  • Experience with data center operations, including infrastructure management, network design, and security. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. 
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools. 
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to data center operations and cloud services. 
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
