What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.
  • Assist with configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications and systems.
  • Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Create and update system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Support data collection, validation, reporting, and dashboard development efforts.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Help monitor system performance and recommend enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
