Job description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking a highly motivated Charging Infrastructure Project Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the growth and governance of the EV Expansion Project in the United States. In this role, you will be accountable for driving a proactive and structured lead generation pipeline, identifying, engaging, and securing suitable property partners to expand the charging network.

You will also be responsible for financial administration, program documentation, and reporting while ensuring end-to-end governance across marketing, relationships, and installation processes. This position plays a critical role in scaling infrastructure and delivering measurable program success. Location & Work Type Location: Atlanta, GA Work Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Drive targeted lead generation by identifying, contacting, and securing charging location opportunities and site hosts with strong EV customer traffic.

Develop marketing and outreach assets including websites, program collateral, digital content, and property owner-facing materials. Create structured and transparent reporting for senior management including pipeline dashboards, progress summaries, operational updates, and financial documentation. Manage property owner relationships and oversee installation progress, including negotiation of agreements and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Ensure adherence to program requirements, timelines, and quality standards across all stakeholders. Continuously refine lead generation strategies and governance models through performance insights and process improvements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology or similar field 2+ years of experience in the Automotive, Technology or Consulting industry Profound knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with CRM and marketing tools Entrepreneurial mind-set and drive for end-to-end responsibility Experience in Project Management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding goals Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills Preferred (Optional): Experience working with EV infrastructure or related technologies Familiarity with program governance and financial tracking processes Benefits Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid-time-off options Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $28 - $38 / per hour, depending on experience.
