Under the supervision of the IT Operations Manager, the IT Systems Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Bank's IT infrastructure and enterprise technology environment. This role performs routine monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and provides advanced technical support for issues requiring deeper technical expertise.
The IT Systems Support Technician supports server, network, telecommunications, and advanced computing environments and assists with resolving complex technical issues escalated from other support areas. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
All employees are expected to actively promote Legacy Bank to existing and prospective customers in order to support the Bank's growth and profitability.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networking equipment, telecommunications systems, software, and related technologies.

Configure and install new, upgraded, or replacement enterprise IT equipment, systems, and software.

Provide advanced technical support, serving as an escalation resource for complex issues beyond standard IT Helpdesk support and assisting with front line support tickets as needed to provide coverage or overflow support.

Create, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation tasks and processes. Work with stakeholders to understand needs and develop new processes.

Research issues and solutions to technical related areas.

Review, maintain, and update technical documentation and system records.

Other Duties as assigned

Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
