IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator (On-site) – Danbury, CT
Expected Pay Range: $45-$55/hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities related to an ongoing infrastructure and technology deployment project
  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, contractors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and outstanding action items to ensure timelines stay on target
  • Monitor installation and deployment activities across multiple workstreams, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, inventories, and implementation records
  • Assist with site readiness efforts, equipment tracking, and deployment logistics
  • Provide light hands-on support with infrastructure-related activities as needed, including validation, documentation, device staging, and coordination of onsite work
  • Attend and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up items are documented and completed

  • 3+ years of experience in IT coordination, infrastructure support, technical project coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work onsite in Danbury, CT daily and maintain flexibility in schedule as project demands evolve
