Job Description
CONTROLTEC is seeking an efficient, detail oriented, and passionate IT person. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, should interact well with all levels of the organization, is able to manage multiple projects from inception to completion while meeting deadlines, and manage people efficiently. Positive attitude is essential.
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support of core IT & infrastructure
  • Ticket management, KPI, SLA, performed within JIRA service desk.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage IT budget including cloud services, hardware, and software.
  • Interface with ControlTec Management and collaborate with Aptiv Mobility & Services IT on key initiatives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage a team of 2 local direct reports and a multi-person offshore support team.
  • Hold weekly meeting and one on ones with staff.
  • Work with HR for staffing needs to grow the team as business needs arrant.
  • Aid in the professional development of the core IT team.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years core IT experience.
  • 2+ years management experience.
  • 2+ years working within Macintosh, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization and customer base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ITIL systems and management.
  • Preferred experience with JIRA issue management system.
  • Experience with cloud computing services a plus.
