Job description

We're hiring for a Senior IT Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia.

In this role, you'll help scale and strengthen Pindrop's internal IT infrastructure, employee technology experience, automation capabilities, and enterprise systems as we continue to grow.

What you'll do

As a Senior IT Engineer, you will own the results and impacts for the following:

  • Propose, implement, design, and continuously improve internal IT infrastructure and end-user systems.
  • Define and optimize onboarding/offboarding workflows and lifecycle milestones through automation and core system integrations.
  • Design and maintain scalable architectures for mobile device management (MDM), identity providers (SSO/IdP), and comprehensive endpoint security.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and SME for complex issues across corporate hardware, OS ecosystems, core networking, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Define and propose programmatic approaches for IT operational excellence through structured documentation, process standardization, and SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Partner directly with Security, Engineering, and People teams to enforce corporate best practices, access governance, and strict compliance requirements.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new enterprise tools and productivity capabilities to maximize operational efficiency, platform security, and the overall employee experience.
  • Manage and improve critical networking systems-including VPN, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity-across our predominantly Mac environment.
Who you are
  • You are inherently driven to anticipate operational issues early and execute durable, long-term technical solutions.
  • You are able to seamlessly translate sophisticated technical infrastructure concepts into clear, digestible guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are highly comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking deep personal ownership of project outcomes, and driving execution from day zero.
  • You are exceptionally curious and naturally motivated to stay current with rapidly evolving enterprise IT infrastructure, SaaS ecosystems, and security trends.
  • You are a trusted team partner who builds cross-functional alignment and raises the operational bar through active mentorship and standard documentation.
  • You are grounded by a clear bias toward action, executing results with thoroughness, and delivering a measurable business impact.
Your skill-set

Must-haves:

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience working in IT engineering, advanced systems administration, or modern corporate infrastructure roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in macOS environments paired with a strong operational knowledge of Windows client ecosystems  (we are predominantly Mac but leverage Active Directory and maintain Windows laptops) .
  • Strong administrative experience with Identity & Access Management platforms (e.g., Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD) alongside enterprise MDM suites (e.g., Jamf, Intune).
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics capabilities across corporate hardware, OS configurations, core network routing protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls), and SaaS tools.
  • Verifiable proficiency with scripting and code-driven automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to eliminate manual help desk toil.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience configuring and maintaining core corporate SaaS ecosystems at scale (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence).
  • Practical familiarity with endpoint security baselines, identity governance frameworks, and audit compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record supporting and scaling secure access for highly distributed, remote-first technology organizations.
What's in it for you

In an era where synthetic media, fraud, and identity manipulation are accelerating, we ensure that every interaction involves the real human and the right human. Our work directly protects financial institutions, enterprises, and consumers from fraud, deception, and identity compromise. You will wake up every day knowing your work has real-world impact.

You will not just be closing standard IT help desk tickets; you will be at the operational core of a company at the frontier of AI technology. You will have the strategic autonomy to architect code-driven onboarding automation and deploy secure endpoint guardrails that protect the productivity of the world's leading deepfake defense engineers. You will work alongside some of the best technical minds in security, AI, and voice intelligence, driving execution on a team that values excellence and enjoys the journey. If you want to build something that matters-and be proud of the company you help shape-this is that opportunity.

What we offer

As a part of Pindrop, you'll have a direct impact on our growing list of products and the future of security in the voice-driven economy. We hire great people and take care of them. Here's a snapshot of the benefits we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) for all employees, so everyone shares in our long-term success.
  • Remote-first environment - giving you flexibility and autonomy in how you structure your day.
  • While we work flexibly, we prioritize meaningful in-person moments through regular team on-sites, company-wide events, and intentional gatherings that foster connection, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Generous health and welfare plans to choose from - including one employer-paid "employee-only" plan!
  • Best-in-class Health Savings Account (HSA) employer contribution
  • Low-cost vision and dental plans for you and your family, providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.
  • Paid Parental Leave - Including birth, adoptive & foster parents
    • One year of diaper delivery for your newest addition to the family! It's our way of welcoming new Pindroplets to the family!
  • Recurring monthly phone and internet allowance to help cover essential connectivity costs and support flexible work.
  • Enhanced fertility and GLP-1 benefits to support family-building journeys and personalized health needs.
  • Annual Learning & Development stipend to support your professional growth, skill-building, certifications, and continued education.

This position will be posted for 30 days after June 11, 2026.
