Job description

This role supports Image Tech clients through Level 1–2 helpdesk and field service work. Some support is remote, onsite visits are essential when hands-on troubleshooting is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1–2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, WiFi, servers, routers, switches, and user issues

  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic Active Directory tasks

  • Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues

  • Perform onsite service calls when necessary

  • Accurately document all work in the ticketing system

  • Deliver a consistent, professional client experience

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of IT support experience

  • Prior onsite/field IT experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to manage tickets independently

  • Valid driver’s license
